This IoT padlock, specifically designed for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, enables ‘one person to manage a thousand locks’. It supports unlocking via multiple methods—including Bluetooth, OTG, NB-IoT and 4G—as well as an electronic master key (where a single key authorises access to multiple locks), thereby addressing the pain points associated with traditional padlocks, such as keys being easily duplicated, the difficulty in tracing unlocking events, and slow response times in extreme weather conditions; It simultaneously enables real-time reporting of abnormal data and remote firmware updates, with support for extreme environments ranging from -10 to 60°C and an IP67 waterproof rating for the locking mechanism. Equipped with a 12,000 mAh battery, it offers a battery life of approximately 720 days (based on an average of 50 unlocking operations per day), significantly enhancing the efficiency of water conservancy project management and the convenience of maintenance.
